HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION – BACKHOE LOADER NC II consists of competencies that students must achieve to enable them to perform tasks such as excavating earth materials in construction sites or other locations. It is a heavy equipment vehicle that consists of a tractor-like unit fitted with a loader-style shovel/bucket on the front and a backhoe on the back.
